Judy is an experienced people manager, working with staff teams and coaching them to develop their skills in the areas of morale, work management and retailing. She is qualified with her Certificate IV in Assessment & Workplace Training as well as a Diploma of Teaching and Diploma of Retail Management.

She is a skilled communicator and her training sessions in verbal and written communication ensure that participants experience realistic case studies and work related activities in the training environment.

She has opened and developed many of the retail outlets for the Carla Zampatti Group in Canberra, Sydney and Adelaide. Judy is a highly skilled retailer who offers her services to small and large retailers providing staff training and development for their staff teams in a range of topics from sales, service and merchandising to retail management.
