Rod is an experienced manager, with over 15 years experience in management across Operational, HR and Learning and Development business units for a large national coorporation. His role has allowed him to manage a L & D team as well as to facilitate programs in accredited courses including Frontline Management, Transport & Distribution and Training and Assessment.

His qualifications include a Certificate IV in Training & Assessment, Diploma of Business Management and Cert IV worplace & Business Coaching. He is currently studying his Diploma of Training & Assessment.

Rod is a member of the International Coaching Federation and has facilitated numerous coaching sessions for both individuals and groups. Session subjects ranged from careers, personal issues through to managing staff,self and manager.

Rod's personal style is described as creative, humerous and highly personable. He has a unique ability to delve into the minds of people and draw out their thoughts, emotions and rationale through effective questioning. He demonstrates his genuine interest in the people with whom he is training.
